About the Role

mavens are looking for an exceptional HR Business Partner to join our team in Tel Aviv. This unique opportunity contributes to Zynga’s success by acting as a strategic business partner, coach, and advocate for all employees helping to support and guide and will be the “go-to” HR leader and doer for assigned partner groups. This position will report to the Sr. Director, HRBP of the partner group. Zynga’s culture embodies the dynamics of a start-up, focusing on creativity and fun, the right candidate for this role will embrace our culture and help drive high-performing teams.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Assist with the performance management and review process.
  • Manage the onboarding process.

How do I increase my chances of being seen?

Eligibilities

  • 7+ years of experience in an HR role, for a company with 100+ employees
  • Proven track record of successfully positioning as a trusted partner and impacting teams and leaders
  • Experience in a dynamic environment/ scaling teams/hyperscaling
  • Proficient knowledge and a truly hands-on approach in all HR areas: Hiring, Organizational Development, Comp & Ben, HRIS, Welfare, etc.
  • High level of English & Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills (including presentation skills) across levels, with an ability to persuade and influence, and the ability to build enthusiasm and commitment
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, accountable, and passionate about driving results.
  • Experience in building customer-facing and R&D teams
  • Experience in hiring D/V/C level executives in Israel and globally
  • Design and implementation of HR infrastructure
