We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Office Administrator to
join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role
in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office. This could be an
excellent opportunity for young people and graduates who are looking to
start their career in the business world but also for experienced candidates who embrace the idea of an almost paper-free office and working with digital tools.
Tasks
- Provide administrative support to the office, including managing incoming calls and emails, organizing and maintaining files and records, and managing schedules and appointments
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Support in the procurement processes
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Perform research tasks of different topics relevant to the business
- Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Help with the preparation and distribution of company communications, such as newsletters and memos
- Support the management with various tasks, as needed
- A degree or diploma in business administration, office administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Thai AND English.
- Experience with accounting/ bookkeeping is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and copiers
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
