About This Role
The Senior Speaker Program Analyst will support the US Speaker Program Operations team and will be responsible for monitoring US educational speaker programming data received through two applications (Helio Dashboard and MedForce Program Portal) against established policies and business rules. This role will highlight trends related to specific HCP speakers or field employees that require remediation by Compliance.
What you will do
Quality Control Review of MedForce Program Data:
- QC 10% of educational speaker programs per month (varies based on monthly program volume but can range from 20 - 60 programs per month).
- The objective will be to validate that MedForce is accurately providing transfer of value data required for Sunshine reporting as well as following our Business Rules for each program type.
- This role will be responsible for flagging any gaps, discrepancies within the data and escalating to Speaker Program Operations team.
- This role will attend monthly QC calls with our third party partner, MedForce, in collaboration with the Speaker Program Operations team to review the QC findings.
Monitor Helio PDR for Programming Tickets:
- This role will be responsible for monitoring tickets via the Helio PDR platform which monitors program infractions (over meal caps, inappropriate attendees at programs, etc.).
- This role will be responsible for monitoring tickets, reviewing each for accuracy, resolving anything not an infraction, and escalating infractions to Program Ops for escalation to the appropriate Compliance Officer for remediation.
- This role will provide weekly status updates to the Speaker Program Operations team, highlighting gaps and trends, so that Program Operations can share findings with Compliance
Required skills
- Bachelor’s Degree
- MS Excel proficiency
- Data analytics experience is strongly preferred
- QC experience strongly preferred
