What would be your tasks as a Technical Writer?

• Creating and updating product information based on various forms of input for new and existing products from global companies
• Collaborating with software developers, reviewers, editors, and other writers to ensure consistent, seamless, and integrated documentation
• Publishing the relevant internal and external customer product information libraries
• Ensuring that product information is technically reviewed and verified for each development milestone, correcting trouble reports
• Participating in required meetings with active engagement

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• B.Sc./M.Sc. or ongoing education in English Studies, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field
• Work experience in technical writing or technical information or technical support area
• Excellent written and spoken English language
• Analytic thinking, thoroughness, and good communication skills
• Critical thinking skills to seek customer problems
• Good ability in multi-tasking and independent problem solving
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Attention to detail

PREFERRED ADDITIONAL SKILLS, PERSONAL TRAITS AND EXPERIENCE

• Able to learn about new products, technology, and tools quickly
• Experience with XML and Dita
• Opennes to telecommunication industry
