Job Description:
-Engages with online customers/viewers and provides prompt responses to their inquiries regarding product information, payment methods, and shipping processes.
-May need to operate various technical tools, such as live chat software or video conferencing tools, and should be comfortable with technology
Basic Qualifications:
-At least High School Graduate
-Should be professional and courteous at all times
-Should be able to provide excellent customer service
-Ability to speak clearly and effectively, listen actively, and respond appropriately to customer inquiries
-Should be able to identify customer needs, make persuasive arguments, and close deals
-Enthusiastic and cheerful
-With pleasing personality
-Preferably with experience in doing live selling
